Working Out My Curves

I'm not sure if anyone noticed but I have a new badge on my page. Team Healthy Curves.  One of my favorite blogger Jessica Kane started Team Healthy Curves movement

 Its not a weight loss movement, its a get healthy movement. Which we should all strive to be healthy. 

In my journey to be more healthy I go to the gym. I aim for at least 3 times a week. If I'm not able to make it to the gym I use DVDs at home.  What are you doing to improve your heath?

I always feel good after My workouts.  I do need to some new gym wear; something purple or fuchsia.

I was attempting to show you my sweat. That pic didn't work out so well lol.  I'm still learning.
